Quotes for services are provided on request and are on a fixed fee, hourly rate, or monthly retainer basis to meet client needs. All fees are agreed before work commences.

Collateral Warranties
Collateral warranties provide rights to those who would otherwise not be party to underlying contracts such as professional appointments, building contracts and sub-contracts. We advise clients on their importance and why they need to have warranties in place, and support them by drafting warranties, negotiating, and carrying out diligence as to any warranty agreements previously provided and or proposed warranty agreements.

Bespoke Contract Documents
Bespoke contracts are drafted to suit the specific requirements of a particular project. On complex projects in particular, creating a bespoke contract can be the most efficient means of agreeing terms. We have an extensive suite of styles appropriate for all professional team appointments, whether full appointments or short form, for all legal jurisdictions in the UK.
Standard Form Contracts
We have experience across the full suite of industry contracts including the drafting and negotiating of bespoke contracts and all major forms of industry standard contracts (JCT, SBCC, ICE, NEC, IChem, FIDIC etc)
Outsourcing
As a specialist in non-contentious construction law, we support other solicitors and practices who do not have this in-house expertise, on an ad-hoc consultancy basis. Outsourcing means your legal practice can provide your clients with specialist construction advice as and when they need it without your firm having to incur the additional high cost of employing a full-time solicitor to cover this branch of the law. Flexible to meet your needs, we can provide ongoing construction advice, support for one-off projects or simply an extra pair of hands when you need it.
Document Certification and Legalisation
Certification: We provide a certified copy verification service. Many agencies request or will accept certified copies of important documents in preference to originals. These must be certified by a solicitor who will check the original document then sign and date a photocopy to confirm that it is a true and exact copy of the original.
Legalisation: If you are required to use a document abroad, such as a birth, marriage or death certificate they might require to be legalised by the FCDO. We can arrange for these documents to be legalised on your behalf.

Pricing
One off legal advice charge rate of £325 per hour.
A fixed or capped fee can be provided on request. The fixed or capped rate fee is based on the time estimated to complete the work, the complexity and the degree of urgency for completion of the work. The fee is subject to review if the matter becomes protracted or changes significantly to that originally estimated.
