Pricing
One off legal advice charge rate of £325 per hour.
A fixed or capped fee can be provided on request. The fixed or capped rate fee is based on the time estimated to complete the work, the complexity and the degree of urgency for completion of the work. The fee is subject to review if the matter becomes protracted or changes significantly to that originally estimated.
Outsourcing to solicitors
As construction specialists, we can provide support to solicitors who do not have in-house non-contentious construction law expertise. We do this on an ad-hoc consultancy basis. Our fee can be based on an estimated preferential hourly rate or on a fixed or capped fee basis (in each case subject to review if the matter becomes protracted or changes significantly to that originally estimated).
Retainer Services
Should you wish to secure the benefit of an in-house experienced partner level solicitor without the costs of employing such a person we are able to offer two options which suit your needs and are based on monthly fees where there are two pricing options:
The Access Retainer
This service will provide you with access to specialist construction law advice of one hour every month at a preferential rate. This service is ideal for clients on a budget or where the level of support required varies dramatically month to month; or
The Bank of Hours Retainer
We also offer a bank of hours service. If you are looking at outsourcing services on a regular basis, then this option provides discounted hourly rates which allow you to manage and control costs more efficiently. If you commit to the bank of hours retainer, we will commit to providing a priority service with an aim of completing work as soon as reasonably practicably having regard to the scope of the work and whether other parties are involved.
VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing will be added to all fees.
